Dr. Thomas Louis Maloney
Toledo Central Catholic Proudly Recognizes Thomas Louis Malone As Honorary Coach For his dedication and service to the United States of America, Toledo Central Catholic High School, and the Toledo Community.

- TL (Thomas Louis) was born in 1921 (born and raised in Toledo, Ohio)
- Attended St. Agnes Grade School
- Graduated from CCHS in 1939
- Sent off to war, served as a Medic in the Navy (attached to the 5th Marine Division at Iwo Jima). "Lived" the horror of battle
yet witnessed many miracles and helped save many Marines who were wounded.
- After War, married Joyce Corrigan. They had nine (9) children, all of which graduated from CCHS
- Son Tom was Co-Captain of the 72-73 Fighting Irish Wrestling Team (honorable mention all-city)
- Member of CCHS Athletic Boosters 1974-1975
- Served the Toledo Community for 5 decades as a Podiatrist.
- Had volunteered (along with his wife who dragged him kicking and screaming) for many years at CCHS
- Currently has the wonderful hobby of making (and distributing) Rosaries.
