To Whom It May Concern,
In regard to inviting past champions to the 50th CIT in Toledo next year, I would like to strongly encourage you to invite Tristan Boyd to represent the 1999 event. Tristan wrestled for Lima Central Catholic, placing four times at the State Tournament, twice as runner-up and twice as third, and then competed at Lehigh earning 4 varsity letters during his career. If I understand correctly, Tristan is one of only two 4 time CIT champions, winning his 4th championship in Toledo at Toledo Central Catholic in the Sullivan Center. Selfishly, I would like to see Tristan as one of the representatives, as I had to miss his 4th championship due to the birth of my first child Meghan, who was born January 16, 1999. I also think it would be nice to honor a four time champion from the Toledo Diocese during the 50th anniversary event. If this is a possibility you are willing to consider, I could make the contact to check on his availability for the event.
